Its 2 years warranty for all Seagate External Backup Plus drives purchased from the US. Where did you see it mentioned as 1 year?

Oh you bought the Seagate Expansion is it, then its only one year, I was thinking you got the Backup Plus for $99 as you posted in this thread.

My hard disk should be delivered today.

Asked Aramex for the BOE and it says duty of Rs 581 at 6.x% is applicable on the shipment. The import fee deposit was only Rs 462!

I did use the Amazon Global shipping option, I can't help it if they ship it through Aramex!

Firstly the above drive is seagate Expansion and not backup plus,secondly it has only 1 year warranty and third , the link and this all stuff was already discussed above.

Just opened it and its way smaller than I expected. I wouldn't say its bulky at all, you can easily carry it around, just that you would need to carry the power adapter as well. I think its even smaller than the previous gen Goflex series.
