could you please guide me on what hack are you using for the nickels system.

where can i find it if on vbulletin what is it`s page address ( so that i can download it )

It should be available on vBulletin.org - The Ultimate vBulletin Resource!. Of course you can only access the downloads if you have a valid license.

The hack should be called vBPlaza if I'm not mistaken as that is a cash/points hack.

cos we have modified it

ON FE most of the hacks, are custom coded, as you can see with the copyright notices at bottom. eg sms joke db, fantasy f1, portal, ajax ratings, etc etc.
