Don't buy from Hong Kong/China sellers. Only US/UK/Canada and maybe Aus.

Try to go for 99.5%+ or at least 99%+ positive feedback over 500-2000 or more feedbacks.
 
You can buy T-shirts from sites like ebay, bigshoebazzar, tradus.in, inkfruit.com, myntra.com, 24hoursloot.com, infibeam.com,etc. Have bought Tee's online, no problem as you know the size and how it will fir you. Same does not apply when you consider trousers and jeans.

Where can I get 3/4th's and shorts online? (Not able to find good and cheap ones locally. price range upto 600Rs.)
 
Don't expect anything within 600 online. The shipping cost is like 700-1500 bucks for a jeans and jeans cost another 1500-5000 bucks or more.
