I would like to build a complete home PC in the cost of 18-20k. I would like to use for simple purpose like editing documents and watching movies. The PC is actually for my cousin who is in his 5th grade. So i would like to get some suggestions for buying a new one probably by this weekend. Advance thanks for all your suggestions.

i think he is nearly right but i think it's not worth paying 800 for key+opt .
get a local one from here and there and that's all.
u can choose amkette keyboard(multimedia) for rs-210 and any local optical mouse for rs-110.
get a dell monitor rather than samsung.i prefer dell 1909W 19".

by doing these it's gonna fit well under u'r budget.:hap2:

best of luck,
cheers,
microsoft!
