Man How can you even think that u can accomadte all this in 45 - 50 k
Mobo - ASUS P5Q Deluxe - 12 K
Proc - Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 - 18 k
GPU - as this board does not comes with IGP u atleat need to go for something of 9500 GT sort 4 - 5K or HD 4670 from KMD
RAM - 4 GB Tanscend 3.7 K
HDD - 500GB another 3 K
Cabinet - CM 690 Nvidia Edition not sure may be somewhere around 2-3K
SMPS - CM eXtreme Power 600W 3 K
Optical Drive - LG * 1.2K
Monitor - 19" or 22" TFT 19 for 8 - 10 K , 22 for 12-15K
Keyboard/Mouse - Logitech * .6 K
UPS - 600 KVA *
Headphones - a good one *

Imagine 30K just for Mobo and CPU. U can refer to SidhuPunjab guide for initial estimates and suggestions.

HDD - +1 for the WD640
WDC 6400AAKS

Monitor - Since you're into video editing, I'd suggest going for max possible resolution. These links look interesting:
Viewsonic VA2226w
L222WS

Cabinet - Methinks the Nvidia Edition will be unnecessarily costly when compared to the vanilla CM690. The cheapest I could find it for online was also at lynx-india (I sound like a salesman for 'em, don't I. :D)
CM 690 (Windowed)

Headphones - Audio Technica AD700, if you want accurate sound. If you prefer stronger bass, then take a look at Grado SR80/60. The AD700 is probably the most comfortable headphones you can buy (in the same price range) right now, though.

forget the CM600W , its not enough for the rig , u should get atleast a VX450 , TX650 / HX620 will be better . and the the above parts will not be in ur budget , get this instead ,
Q9400 = 13k
P5Q pro =8k
2x2gb trannscend = 3.2k
VX450 = 3.3k
9500GT- 4k
seagate 500gb = 3k
CM690 = 4k
19" lcd = 9 k
dvd rw = 1k
kb , mouse = 1k

it will be around 60k .

@Ankurkh1, RoBoGhOsT

Since i dont want lose out on the proc and mobo i could spend around 10 k more to get that i.e i could increase the budget to 50-60k will that be enough.

@elvesbane

I would go for the CM690 windowed itself :)
