That is so darn kewl.

Yup, great bike for travel. If you see my sig links, we [wife and I] have been using full sized touring bikes for travel. Tough to carry , pack, unpack, and even take to the hotel etc at first stop. We had to hire bigger cars too for regular bikes, all adding to cost. These ride great, just like a 'real' bike.

Details of my decision and how the bike works here [dunno if it's allowed to post a link to another forum, but I guess it should be OK as it's not a tech forum]

so,you are doc Rao from bikeszone?wow!

damages inclusive of import?

Yup. From BZ. Landed cost was about 1.35 each, with a spare tyre, couple of tubes, fenders and rack [panniers, pedals, saddle and GPS excluded, as I have those items already but if you added all that it would be about another 25K]. Sounds a lot, but for example, August we are flying Lufthansa which has a strict charge for bikes, and carrying 2 bikes up and down would have been 50K.

Till now we have not paid for bikes, but that's because AF, BA and Jet allow bikes within luggage allowances. Things are slowly changing with airlines losing money etc.

@eternoMind is the replacement or the replacement of the replacement.
