Unable to update my iPod touch to iOS 4.0.2

I tried updating my iPod touch 3g 32gb which is currently having 3.1.3

every time I try to update to 4.0.2 it gives various error like 3014 and sometimes network problems both. When the download is at 366.4mb (366.5 total). My connection is slow and takes around 2 hours to download. It's my 6th try right now. Please somone help me on this

I have the latest itunes version 9.2.1 . and i have tried updating using the itunes itself so no way it can be corrupted .

but as to this site - Download iOS 4.0.2 Firmware for iPhone and iPod Touch

the size is 366.4 mb and not 366.5 mb . i guess i will try downloading using download managers and then update
