Storage Solutions WD RMA creating trouble

I am trying to create a RMA for WD 1.5tb disc.
But i am just not able to create one.EIther i get this message.

Or if i retype my address again i get address error.

(Note the two address selection automically shows once i try adding new address,its not that i trying both address simultaneously)

I just dont know how to move forward.

I plan to deliver the disc once the RMA is created as i read WD has become lazy in collecting the disc.

May sound silly, but tried a different browser? These kind of sites usually run well only on IE.

IIRC I faced same problem while creating an account & registering my HDD on their site few months back. Some unknown error kept occurring but after multiple attempts i was able to proceed further.

Thanks Dk,,

I did mail WD.And they created the RMA for me with pickup date of 10th july.

Also it was raining heavily the courier pick it up on 10th July

Also to my surprise i receive back the recertify drive today on 14th July with all the octroi paid by company on my behalf.

Its indeed went very fast.

I am truly amazed with WD response.
