i think u have to take it to distributor , see which importer sticker is there on box / card .

Call the reseller whom you bought it from
He would either RMA it himself or point you to the service center

MSI RMA is handled by Tirupati i think

If its distributed by Tirupati... Else if Zebronics then they will take care of RMA....

On the box it says Acro Engineering co i am sure its not Tirupati

Thx man bul but the problem is it was got from delhi and i am sure there is no bill all he has is the card and the box will it work in sweta?????
