CPU/Mobo Where to buy the Xeon W3520 in Delhi

I am looking to upgrade my systems need to decide on i7 920 or Xeon W3520.
I checked with various dealers in Delhi but no one is having any idea on Xeon's availability.

Can anyone guide me to shop/dealer who can arrange this for me.
What is the going price for this?

i think shripad was selling his xeon...that too one of the golden batch ones.....he was selling it for 14k i guess with market price around 17.5-18k

I already checked with Shripad, His Xeon is sold.
I am buying his other stuff and that is why asked if its worthwhile to search for Xeon or settle for i7 920.
