Best guess is he wants something like those sealed scented wet tissues you get on airplanes, or used to get.

Takes care of the sweat, refreshes, supposedly and makes you smell less terrible.

Looks like toilet paper was right then. Try a large medical store in your vicinity, else every (S)Tar Bazaar has a good stock.
