Which pdf editor to buy

I am looking for a simple , occasional home use pdf editor
Found these 2 - Any reviews etc ? or better alternative so or cheaper ?

I needed one a while back, I used https://smallpdf.com . The free version does a lot, including appending files, notating, compression, etc. Unless it's confidential information you don't want to upload or need advanced features that aren't free, I'd suggest just use that one.

Hey thanks for this , i really thought it could be a scam software but the reviews from trusted websites convinced me to try it and it really works . not sure what they gain by offering such a nice tool for free

Just check if it is completely offline or transmitting any of your data to some server.

Keep wireshark on before starting the app, do some changes on pdf file, close.
Monitor the logs ?
I would also like to see results.

But, was not able to see the encrypted content.
Now wondering how to sandbox it, will need to check further.

That was my guess, but we should be able to verify what data is being transmitted.
