just came across this ..
an 18.5 inch hd screen laptop wid 2 gtx 280ms(2 gb total) in it..
how do they fit all tht in a laptop!!

Dell advertises the Alienware as the most powerful laptops in the universe. Of course the prices too are highest in the universe! :p

So how does one use these laptops, in refrigerator? :p

its dimensions are more like a portable desktop than a laptop.

however the amount of stuff they have packed into it is very impressive.
 
And most of all, their heatsink designs are so awesome!!

they effectively and efficiently vent out the heat!!

so no 'over'heating as a con!

The best place to use it would be either in Alaska, Antarctica or Siachen.

Maybe the Indian Army should buy some of these monsters and send them to their camp at Siachen. These would help the jawans keep warm and maybe even prepare tea or coffee when needed.

Actually my friend's father is a col.

and they had so many compaqs imported with dedicated ATi GPUs! I was like whoa! :eek:

maybe the army ppl are decent after all(not corrupt like the government)
