why not associate your IP with dyndns or no-ip or similar free DNS services. They will sync your renewed IP with the free name ..so you can use web ui with the name instead of the IP.

I tried it opening on IE, Firefox, Chrome. Does not open most of the time. It does open rarely.

From last 3 days I am facing issues opening a certain website on windows, it does open but rarely. There is no issue with the website, as it opens in proxy website, and also i can open it in Ubuntu which is installed on different partition. I have not changed any hardware or software...
