Late but high chances it might even get lost somewhere in the trail as everything is closed right now and once it all begins it will be a massive burden on customs.

I'm not sure but I heard customs offices are working normally. I think they should be working because a lot of important stuff is imported in these tough times. Yes I'm talking about Medical equipment.

How are you so sure that it won't be delivered? Maybe it can be delivered late.

Boss this is low level stuff. Even my parcel from the begining of march is lost in the system. When I say nahi aayega I mean the risk of it getting lost is currently very high unless you use Some of the expensive couriers, which will increase the price of your product considerably and definitely attract customs. At the end of the day it's your money. Do what you have to.

My 3 parcels shipped in Jan, all are lost. Last track was sent/handed over to airline, while one doesnt even show any status.

It will take months for existing parcel to move up the chain, if at all they move.
In 2014, I got a parcel after 6 months.

I have currently filed a dispute for a parcel that I didn't receive and the seller agreed to refund and asked me to send money if I ever received the package. I agreed to. And I think AliExpress disputes are fairly straightforward.

I wouldn't risk buying something now if I didn't have nice coupons that are expiring. But I'm gonna take the risk and place the orders. I don't mind receiving the items months later. And if it never arrives, oh well, the amount is not huge anyway, esp after the discounts. So I guess I don't mind taking the risk.

So is AliE shipping working? What are the rates to India?
(just tried to buy an Orange Pi Zero and they put me on DHL $40 which is ...)
(so I didn't buy)

The courier and postal services will be allowed to operate. from May 4th.

Hope some of us get the stuff we ordered before the lockdown, keeping fingers crossed.

Has anyone notices that all the sellers (or almost all) are now only showing DHL as the only shipping option to India? And that's like $50 for a $3 item. No thank you.

I think this is some kind of an indication as to how stressed shipping to India is.

Any insights on what's up?
