For years Indian Fans of BIC America could only buy products through foreign websites. This is a long winded process and involves many hassles (Custom duty, Returns, Warranty, repairing, parts etc..)

However BIC America has now been Officially Launched here in India. As of now Pristine Note is sole Authorized Nationwide Distributor. The Current product lineup of BIC America India includes Sub-woofers F12, PL200, V1220, V80, Center Speaker DV32CLR & DV32B Bookshelf/Surround.

All BIC America models have been manufactured according to Indian Power Standard.
Most BIC subwoofers were always dual voltage 120/240V . Had to just flip a switch in back to change voltage . This is just additional publicity but nevertheless good to know for prospective buyers

Perhaps this was true for some earlier version and specific models. Currently there is NO power voltage switch in new models, I'm attaching Pl200 & F12 picture from BIC America's american website. Please show me where is the switch. May be I missed it.

One has to open up the sub, to access the power board and then switch a flip for 220V usage, not so easy.. But BIC does have a user guide on its site.
Sub sold in India is pre-configured for 220V , thats it.
