Codes used : Yes. There was only one code for unlocking "atomic blimp" (a vehicle). There is no effect of the code on multi player.(PS3)
Accessories : Everything that came with the package. eg: Map (as seen in the background picture) is included.
I still have the invoice if you need it I can send it to you.
