Hi all,

Can you people share what accessories do you use for iPAD 2 ?

Most basic ones required

Full Body Scratchguard

Fall proof / Shockproof casing

Keyboard

I am looking for all of 3 mentioned above & looking for good products in medium budget.

Can someone please share & guide ?

Please share other accessories you are using with your ipads.
 
apple smart cover is pretty much awesome. get that for sure. costs 2210. you can use it as a stand too. And after purchasing that you will not require screenguard imo.

and for back side, you can look for belkin snap shield for ipad2. I dont own it, coz as of now I have not felt the need for back cover.

Which would be available for 3999 imo

take any matte scratch guard which would be available at a retail store.

fallproof and shockproof casing can be provided with the dodo case for the ipad.i have used it and it has saved my ipad from more than few falls.

take the keyboard only if you do a lot of typing coz,the ipad keyboard is one of the best.you can use it as a normal keyboard.

matte scratch guard, I was thinking of taking glossy one. Any advantage with matte ?

I checked dodo case, but can see all design logo cases, I could not find shock proof one, Can you please give exact URL ?

Tecknet folio case is not shock proof, as vantheman5211 said, I would prefer to save iPAD from shocks/falls.

Can you confirm if products on rediff are the same you were talking ? It looks same but i guess its dups.

Original on letsbuy is 2k, Rediff shows 600 only.
 
That's definitely dup. Same guy has store on eBay and I already checked that while I was in a search. Also original mrp is 2210. You may find it for 1700 may be. But do not go for ones those are priced for600 or 900.

Hey even I got an iPad recently. Can you post here what all you bought for it with links?

I did my own little research and found these to be really good:

Smart case (original or third-party)

I dropped the idea of a BT keyboard for now.

I had the targus one before. Pretty decent but not worth the price. Got this one (http://www.amazon.com/MoKo-Slim-Fit-Folio-Stand-Apple/dp/B007CKLCSK/ref=pd_sbs_e_6) for $16 then for ipad 3 and it works as good as the more expensive targus one.

Are you using your iPad without screen guard? How is the screen holding up?

I'm thinking of getting a smart cover, screen guard and a back Belkin snap on cover. Is it fine?

This actually looks very good and similar to targus one. I might consider this. But does it work well for the iPad 2. I was reading a thread on macrumors about this case and people mentioned that most reviews on amazon are for iPad 3 and the other listings for the same case (different colors) lists only ipad 3 and not iPad 2.

I do not think there's a need for it. Screen is all good. Its been 1 month IIRC since I bought. Usage is also moderate. But would receommend to keep 1 micro fiber cloth in handy.

Plus, once screenguard gets scratches, it will look terrible. And cover will protect screen very well. coz it's thick and can be used a stand too.

So definitely go with cover + belkin snapshield and you are done.
 
Visited Croma, Reliance store and Staples but none of them have a decent screen protector or snap shield (back). My iPad is still in the nude
