hi guys..
m confused a bit, which monitor to buy..

SAMSUNG r DELL??
i want to buy a 19" ( or a 20" ) monitor
i have searched and i liked

SAMSUNG-
T190, T200

DELL-
Dell UltraSharpâ„¢ 1908WFP 19" Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor
Dell SP2008WFP 20" Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor With Webcam
Dell E228WFP 22" Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor ( got tempted )

budget -12k-14k

suggest if other monitors r better than these in my range

If you're really keen on getting a big display with ur budget,get the Dell E228WFP..

Else the Dell SP2008WFP seems swEEt !

With a budget stretching to 14k its wiser to get a 20" or 22" than a 19" ..

Just my 2cents..

E228WFP = 13.9k

SP2008WFP = 13.3k

* forget the web price,these are the prices they'd quote..+/- 100 bucks

IMO go for the AweSome Looking Samsung 22" Dual Tone :)

Its no less than an Beautiful Samsung LCD TV :)

i personally love samsung coz of it TRUE-TO-LIFE colors which even Dell cant match...

So either choose T200 (20") or extend budget to T220 (22")

Basic Dell monitors are a bit overpriced :p .. u can seriously find better alternatives from Samsung, or even Viewsonic will suffice if u're looking for basic monitors :p ..

I used to think the same ... but i got myself a Dell SP2008WFP this time and trust me, things have changed a lot lately .. i was a die hard Samsung user :p ..

+1 for dell.
where is SP2008WFP = 13.3k? I got mine for 16,400 with 5 yrs Warranty 1 month back from nehru place.

go for Dell E228WFP 14k or if you can manage than Dell SP2208WFP 16k+, Dell has best service among all . I got my SP2208WFP changed with brand new monitor within 24 hours with just 2 dead pixel.
 
OK believe it or not dont go for 19" wide now.... Get atleast 22" preferably Dell. U wont mind spending the extra dough for the DEll SP2208WFPt.
 
wts d warranty period 4 samsung and dell or 22" monitor??

and can any1 quote the latest nehru place price 4 22" monitors

I have seen both Dell and Samsung ..

Dell is very dull ...i tried to improve contrast and sharpnss went dull .. totally waste product

Samsung looks like a High end Gadget .. Good sharpness .. go for it..especially T220

dell SP2008WFP has very good contrast and sharpness. I using it at 50% contrast still it is very good.
