If going for Arc S, keep in mind that it will not get official jellybean update.
but you always have a option to root and install custom rom.
If I need to buy from your list, I will go for Xperia P then Xperia sola.

If you want a bit cheaper one then you may wait for Xperia Tipo (pre-installed with ICS).... btw it will be around the Rs. 12k range...

Go for xperia arc.arc s is same with arc with 1.4 ghz proccy.you can over clock arc 1 ghz proccy to 1.4 ghz easily.
Cm10 is available for arc and devlopment is preety good for it.and if its getting official jellybean or not is still in pipeline as per official sony press release.go for it.

No they wont the dealer is offering 1 month replacement warranty as he has mentioned in the warranty terms in his listing
Hey there, youll get the xperia p for 20k off ebay. Its the best for the price IMHO. All xperia phones are almost 5k less on ebay. Xperia p is a very good deal for 20k.

I have tried Xperia sola(cousin's) but it didn't giving premium feel as NEO L feels. If you don't care much about a dual core and do care about looks than i think NEO L is a good phone .It retails at 17k with indian warranty.
Else go for Xperia P but skip Sola
