Due to Delhivery being Delhivery, I received my print damaged in shipping despite adequate protection.
When i sent him a photo of the damaged box, his first message was an apology, the second message was an offer to print the product again and ship it to me free of cost.
While he could have asked me to adjust (Especially since it was majorly only cosmetic damage in a functional part) or asked me to split costs or even washed his hands off saying shipping damage, his choice to offer a replacement, without me even asking shows his commitment to customers.
The entire experience was extremely pleasant and I would definitely come back if I need something 3D printed.
