Finally i got an Dell 27U11 Ultra-sharp monitor for 30k second hand from anks22402 as good deal

that was patience time due to lack of delay from Mumbai

and the another acer 3d monitor is still for backup just fun

im a JR in Stanley Govt. Hospital,General Surgery Dept...This is my Debridement kit.

And been using this since my Internship...im a LvL 50 Wound Debrider

Yep.. That is my idea.

BTW, a Lvl 50 wound debrider is one who has done debridement of at least 50000 wounds.

Curious as to how that gets sterilized. We would use hospital sets for all surgical work, and they would be packed and sterilized for each case.
 
lol...no such thing as a "wound debrider"...im just good at it...

#deepakvrao are u in a private institution? i was too,for my UG...but "sterility" is a myth in Government Hospitals

no such "spoon feeding" if you dont have ur own instruments,u dont get the job done coz there are no Hospital Supplied...

these spend an hour in a water boiler for an hour after every use,and autoclaved once in a week
 
This was in multiple Bombay municipal hospitals between 1983-1992. Yup, I'm a wee bit above the 'average' age here. LOL Have been a practicing gynaecologist for a little over 20 years now.

edit: Private colleges were just coming in when I was passing out.

edit 2: As far as I remember, we used autoclaved sets for most procedures, and boiled instruments for small stuff like I&Ds etc.

), resident epidemiologist (#red dragon), aspiring general surgeon (#touzeen), and quite a few other medicos and dentists (don't know how many I have missed) here at TE.. Awesome..! One day, we might just have to move a motion to strike off the word tech from techenclave..
