buyer bought from me after seeing the snap.
i did not force anyone to buy from me.

whatever given for free is not valued.
And I already have offered to partially compensate as buyer has damaged it here.
I have sennt a clean functional case which was not broken.
OP Has broken the case and this either deserves no refund or partial refund.

There is a difference between originally bought from ebay and Original Motorola Product.

IMHO, accept it and issue a full refund to the buyer.
This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated at TE.
Every post you make is letting the thread readers go against you. The OP deserves full refund.
Request mods to interrupt.
If we go ahead with a partial refund, this trick can be used by other members to dump their damaged/originally bought products on TE.

Those who talk abt "TE+trust, so all is great". TE is a platform where u meet people sharing common interests. When it comes to transaction involving money, Please be thorough, both seller and buyer. TE is not a magical place or utopia. Just saying TE a million times and paying money doesnt make it a happy deal 100%. Do your due diligence. If it was a perfect place, we would been having numerous threads like this.

Here people are just blaming the seller for his fault. I see that much fault in the buyer also, if he could have asked for one more pic or a better pic or anything else. All this would have been avoided. It may sound small for others, but its not. There are reasons for showing 2 pics in market section. How many threads were trashed by members for not posting proper pics. Members have to take care of their things first properly. Then ask for help.

Buyer gets goods, damages it and gets refund from seller for no fault.
Had he kept patience,I would sent the scratch guard off in day or two.

I ORIGINALLY bought an iPhone 4S 64GB from ebay. [Sorry, I can't reveal the original price]. I used it for a day & it worked well. Then I sold it online for only 20k. Now buyer tells me it's a Chinese iPhone. Before selling I had clearly mentioned that it's an ORIGINAL Apple iPhone 4S & also sent him ONLY ONE pic, since I was busy trolling here & buyer trusted me. Now he is asking me to refund ! To add that, he connected to iTunes & did some stuff, since it was chinese, now phone is bricked & not turning on.
First offered him a screen guard.
Later another screengaurd & 1000rs.
Now we both settled at 10k.
Why I should refund him full ? I was doing him a favour by selling 64GB iPhone at just 20k !
It is against my policy, so I cannot really say whether I knew that it was chinese before selling it. And yes, I cannot provide ebay link where I had ORIGINALLY bought it, cos it will reveal it's original price & also how much profit I made

WHAT OP HAS DONE IS ---HE HAS BROKEN THE CASE AND TRYING TO USE COMMUNITY TO HIS ADVANTAGE AND EXCEPT M JERI , NO ONE HAS SEEN OTHER SIDE OF COIN.
i have four times said I am ok with refund and I am ok with partial refund as BUYER has broken it.
why the hell everyone not reading and replying all i say is blind following and herd mentality.
shouting (letters in CAPS resembles shouting) at all the ppl here wont help.
It would have been easier for both the parties if they were diligent enough to be true to themselves and valued their money before getting on with the deal.
settle this off and seal it.
I think the buyer should check the offered partial payment and come to a settlement.
PS:: Though the seller never answered the question that was being repeatedly asked here by various people, I think it is already answered by his avoidance of replying to it.
