Everytime i login i Yawn because of this theme. sucks totally. I feel not to visit TE because of this theme and there's no optional theme

On the contrary whenever I login to TE I find it pretty soothing and all my headache goes away. And how come we don't have a second theme on TE even after so many people promised to pitch in.

About that bug, whom are you stalking :lol: That bug is only on the page when you search for someone's posting history. Anyway I am aware of it and it will be fixed soon.

BTW that Ideal skin is not updated to 4.1.12 version. VB has recently released the 4.2 version too. So clearly that designer is not interested in updating this skin. If you guys planning to buy it then be aware that it may break in future.

Yes, moreover that is the only theme for vB on themeforest which makes me worry about.

Element is still one of the best skin ever I have seen (TE looked awesome with Elemental as default skin in past). It seems vBStyles have updated Element for vB 4.2.

There are a few problems with the Element skin.
The designer is not the same now as the previous one sold off the business to someone else. The new owner has mostly tweaked the skin out of shape.
The element that we had on TE was slightly modified by me so you will not get the same look now. However if you still like the stock skin, which looks dated btw, then by all means you can have it.
The last but the most important problem is that others don't seem to share your enthusiasm.

Ideal still is one of the best VB skins that I have seen till date and I was infact going to buy it today when I noticed that it is not actively supported.

Ideal is very good in fact, but as you stated, there is no good support from skin developer (He updated it like almost 3 months before). Well, we can stay with the current skin obviously. It looks much better now.

Maybe later after sometime we can pull this thread up, as of now I don't see any need for a new theme as the current one looks good enough. Let our admins tweak a bit day by day
