Sorry, who is him here destiny? Is this from Rivunited or from Mr Sudhir. If its from Rivunited them I'm going to ask for a refund because I was buying the perfumes under the assurance that they were testers

Rivunited, you still do not have the courtesy to respond to my PMs asking about the status of shipment of my 2 orders - Terre De Hermes and J'adore. First you told me that they've been shipped, then you said that because of Ganesh festivals deliveries have been delayed. What is the status/excuse now? Please just refund my money since you have not shipped out anything yet. I expect the money to be back in my account in 2-3 days since this does not involve any third parties!

Its not rocket science to make out the guys who themselves sell perfumes and have a store and have their name on packages are the sources.This 2 guys ajit and atul are brothers and sell perfumes .

I called the same number and asked how he get in between my transaction with a third person(Rivunited). Why I have my courier receipts with his name and address? It turns out that this guy, the packer, happens to be a seller too. They are bothers and do more than one business together

My mistake if it is.

U were talking abt the original vendor, the packaging guy and brothers. Thght they were brothers. Didnt knew another guy emerged this side. This is getting longer.

Stop bickering guys ! It's a Sunday today and still there is no trace of Rivunited. Where the hell is he? A lot of people are disturbed at the prices and authenticity of the perfumes, including me, and we all want refunds....NOW.

i think that the moderators should intervene and let Rivunited know by email or any other means possible that his absence from this thread is further strengthening our doubts on him. If he has not scammed and duped a ton of people why doesn't he show himself and start refunding the money to all those who wish to be refunded. I really feel bad for those who have ordered multiple perfumes from him.

Also if Rivunited is reading this thread, buddy your bank account details are with all of us. It won't take much to get your address from the bank. With you duping so many people it won't be difficult to gather someone to go and knock on your door on all our behalf. Also a bank transfer is a legal transaction. You would certainly be in a fix if a number of people report you to the concerned lawful authorities and register a case of 420 against you. Trust me ,the harassment you might have to face will be worth much more than the money you might have to refund. In simple words the trouble won't be worth this little stunt of yours.

I was away for a while before a PM notified me of all the happenings here.

Here's my side of the story.
I ordered ADG and Chanel Allure from the first GO.
Both had a printed paper with the name Atul and his phone number, never bothered to ask Riv or call that number as I thought he was the dealer who shipped it, never did a background check though.
Liked the Chanel, but the ADG wasn't good, it didn't last for more than 2 hrs and also it started to give me headaches.
I had a word with Rivunited and he offered me a refund or replacement, I had sent back the ADG a few weeks back and was busy for the next two weeks, so forgot about contacting him for replacement.
After the GO3 started, I paid extra for a Chanel Blue de chanel as a replacement for the ADG from GO1,
Still awaiting the shipment(delayed due to festival as per RIV), so can't comment on that till I get it.

Yes, the ADG did add to my suspicion, but the Chanel Allure was good, so never thought about it, but if the accusations are true, then may be I'll ask for a refund as well.

One of friend has a cosmetic shop in goa , he sells fake and first copy perfumes , the prices of fakes are 60-70% less than the original . People wont come to know because they will not be having original to compare .

Dude, I slept at 4am in the morning because of replying to every post, I woke up right now to see all this happen. I'm not running away from anything specially when I know I am right.
And stop acting like a melodramatic house-wife, Just act civil and send me a PM about your bank details. In the midst of your showboating two people have asked me for a refund and one person has already sent me the bottle back. I told them yes. I NEVER SAID I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. Don't make up stories like Daredvil.

This is what I am not understanding, People just are enjoying to make a big deal out of it. And I have heard atleast 10different variation of the whole story till now from last nite.
I think @Daredvil is just screwing around now, First he said he was told someone is an ebay seller now over night he suddenly accepts that no he is a packager. When I told him that in the first place he was never ready to believe it. YOU are the only person who started this whole drama in the first place saying he is a seller.

You have made a LOT of different assumptions in the last 12hours. I would like it to be clarified. Hell take pictures too and post it for every one else.

I have not bought a single item from u. But this post of urs doesn't make any sense.

As per Rivunited, his dealer uses someone Else's services for packaging and delivering. The packer packs and ships the items.

In our case, the following things happen:
Rivunited deals with his dealer and fixes the cost and shipping charges (so, shipping is dealer's headache. Rivunited get tracking details from dealer).
We give order to Rivunited, who after deducting some margin, passes the order to dealer.
Dealer provides the perfume bottles and shipping address to this packer.
Packer takes care of the delivery to the end user(to us).

He confirms that in case of any problem with the order, the original dealer needs to be contacted, not the packer. (These things may needed to be cross verified, if required.)

To me, it all seems to be in order. The 'interactions with Rivunited' and 'the new information above' make sense together.

If someone wants to dig deeper, he has to meet:
Rivunited, Rivunited's dealer, Dealer's packager.

Exactly my point. Even you have called the number but only Daredvil has a different story to make everytime.


Now to end this all, These are the facts (Please read the following VERY carefully so that there is no need to pollute the thread for absolutely no reason):-

1. I always offer refunds if it is asked.

2. The dealer gets his consignments from Dubai not off of Ebay, (Case-in-point- Buyers have heard from me on many occasions that some perfumes are not available or sold out. If this was on ebay, Perfumes would be never sold out and ALWAYS available!)

3. Another request, PLEASE read my posts before speculating, I have already given you a VERY good option to test the whole theory and prove daredvil & Zerocool wrong. I have yet to ship a few orders. Ill PM you the receipts then you can compare the senders name to see if its the same or not. And this would be the best solution in my opinion as its fact and not speculation.

4. And lastly, Instead of taking the initiative to kill such a good thread. So many people liked this, And all it took is 2 people to make all kinds of stories to ruin it. No one wants to see the experience they had with me or the fact that there were over 200 bottles sold on TE. People want to believe Daredvil and his skewed perception on the whole thing.

WTF i am making up stories? Everything is crystal clear the guy phone and name is written on ebay page.you can check it yourself .If you cannot read my posts what can i do?where did i say he is not the ebay seller?he himself says he sells perfumes even to web he said so.

1.You said overnight courier put up the ads and they ship through bluedart which has been proved wrong

2.it is clearly mention in the op tester label should be there but many bottles do not have one

3.people are not so naive to believe that the guy who sells perfumes on ebay and has a perfume shop somehow he packs perfumes for other dealers.

4.i will be not be accepting the bottle ,just refund the money and get it over with and people should judje by themselves.

5.send the receipts of my adg order and hhs order to mods.

Listen buddy, Lets keep stuff simple shall we? instead of fighting through a computer screen why don't you actually arrange a person to come see the whole thing and post pictures. Because frankly you are treating every thing as a Mystery movie.

But in my case it was not shipped since am from mumbai i went and picked it up myself and i also saw couple of other perfumes which i found okay. But i din know that a copy can be so good ( if it is a copy). Am working with jet airways as a cabin crew for 5 yrs so i know little bit about perfumes. its my hard earned money too and i wanna make sure am using it well. Since rivunited is agreeing to make us meet the dealer and show the consignment, am willing to participate i hav pmed rivunited to let me know when can he make me meet the dealer. i wld request anyone from techenclave who resides in mumbai to join me and find out whats the truth. i have asked rivunited to arrange all this before mon night wating for him to reply

i just received a pm from rivunited he has given me his number and said the meeting can be arranged at 5pm mon (1st oct )which is fine with me. Again to all the members i would request someone to join me for this quest.

i have pmed you the details.Also what about the overnight express putting ads theory and using bluedart theory.If any senior member who knows ajithperfumehouse could check the details out it would be great .Also people are not so naive to believe an ebay power seller and guys who have a perfume shop sell perfumes would pack perfumes from other dealers and send it through their name.when yesterday he said he sells on ebay and gave me his id .
