For the no-battery issue, even people who got the phone with battery can also claim no-battery issue with ICC or ebay.

They might get another battery free :D

I dont think thats how it works...

The above listing is created automatically when a buyer gets from GEB. I have seen it for all my GEB purchases. I dont know how people buy again using that link.

Then again, I might be wrong.

i think you are talking about this kinda listing NEW PANTECH P9070 BURST AT&T 4G ANDROID TOUCHSCREEN DAUL CAMERA SMART PHONE RED (Rs. 8749) .You can keep buying over and over again until the listing is ended by the seller . it has no mention of quantity at all

The one's i mentioned above are for for one time use only. The moment you buy it, it ends

dude the 8170 (1$=55INR) one and the 7.9k one(1$=53 INR) arent from phonestoreUSA,they are from a a seller called ullikemystuff..but the listing has ended...dunno why it still there ! !..and plus prices are fluctuating coz ishop and geb are using new dollar rate...1$=53 INR !

^ Got it ! So now that the original listing by ulikemystuff has ended, what happens if one orders from the 8170 listing of icc ? Does icc world honor the deal, cancel it. ?
