kuduku Go with this rig-
Intel i3 3220-7.5k OR Intel G645-3.4k
Gigabyte B75 D3H-4.5k
Corsair Value Ram 4GBX1-1.2k
Segate 500GB 7200RPM-3.5k OR Segate 1TB 7200.14-4.3k
Corsair CX430V2-2.4k
Sapphire HD6450-2.2k[For basic gaming,If your budget constraints it then Intel IGP HD2500 would be good enough]
Cooler Master 311-2.1k
Logitech K200 Combo-0.7k
Dell ST2220L-8.5k[Full HD Monitor with HDMI] OR Dell IN2030M-6.3k[20" Monitor]
Hope this helps.:)

Under 5k, the HD6670 1GB DDR3 is the best choice. But the DDR5 edition costs only 500 bucks more.
Also, at your budget, going for an AMD based config makes sense.
And If you can wait for a month or two, then consider waiting, because the AMD Trinity is going to be launched in India soon. And believe me, it is WORTH WAITING. Its price should be ~7k and it accompanies a really nice GPU with it, you woud be able to play all the latest games with mid to high settings at your resolution easily.

If you're ready to shell out 5k for GPU the go for Sapphire HD6670 1GB DDR5-5k it'll give you better performance.
If i want a better graphics card till 5 k than what do you recommend . I just want to be future proof for some time atleast

I am ready to wait , can you give more info on Trinity

AMD Trinity will launch in late december this year,If you're ready to wait until then then it's good.Though for basic FPS gaming you won't have to wait for trinity the above rig with 5k GPU would do the job for you. It's your call.

Trinity is the 2nd generation apu's by amd.the thing to be excited about is even the fastest trinity apu,the a10 - 5800k(which sports a unlocked multiplier) will retail for 7000-8000 rs,and its slower cousin(which also sports an unlocked multiplier) will retail for just 5000-6000 rs.

The igp in A10 5800k and A8 5600K - The 7600d and 7560d respectively give commendable fps at demanding games. They will be more then enough to handle your needs.

In short for 7-8k or 5-6k you get great graphical prowess and 4 pd cores over intel offerings in the same price bracket ,namely Intel i3 3220 OR Intel G645 .

I would go for the trinity anyday against any Intel i3 + dGPU. The A10-5800 has a BIG advantage in mutlithreaded applications, GPGPU etc, single core threads would be bit slow. It might even out perform ivy bridge i5 in *some* cases, such as using Photoshop (see this Benchmark Results: Photoshop CS6 : Can OpenGL And OpenCL Overhaul Your Photo Editing Experience?). There is a lot of hype in the Indian market about Trinity and you may not be able to get it in December. It will, most probaby launch in the last week of December. Keep your eyes and ears open. :D

Will try to source the same from nehru place SMC or CTC . @jinvidia UPS not ignored but planned at a later stage .. Even with the old configuration I had cancelled 2.3k GPU and kept it for next month if required . This is not for me so upgrades are only need basis . You can take it as a 1080p movie station and all todays processors can play that . Its all not urgently required so can wait for the Trinity
