Laptops Dell xpm1330 recurrent mb problems and dells bad service

hello guys,
ran into similar problem with dell laptop. they changed motherboard three times, and laptop is still not booting. now they want to change screen to as they think screen has gone bad in their repair process. talked to senior official but no response. approx 1 year warranty left, does anyone know whom to contact..

Which laptop is it? Ask them to replace it.
 
keep a copy of the replacement invoice which shows the cost of the replaced part . it will serve as good basis for case in consumer court
