Guys, couple of days back i purchased and PSU and Mobo from Soyab0007 .

As i was in a hurry for PSU i did not bother to see the invoice or anything. The fact that he had purchased the PSU from this very forum from other member and he had some issues with that seller. Anyways that's not the matter here.

Coming to the motherboard, i request members to see the pics he has posted and see the pics i have posted, also see the product description as mentioned by our dis-honourable member Shri soyab0007:

I request the mods to please look into this matter and remove such members from this site. After defrauding me, i leave he -ve feedback, and just cos i left him -ve feed back he gives me -ve feed back =))

Board is rusted quite badly. Its common-sense to declare it. It is as serious as that manufacturers do not honor warranty on hardware with even rusted screws.

I have not raised the matter reg late shipping despite request to ship out the day he got the amt , he told he needed one day for packing , then next day he said he was busy with eid. He shipped 2 days after getting the amount. I have overlooked all small stuff.
But his gumption is atrocious . I pity people with such small school kids like thought .
 
As the rusted component can't be replaced or repaired, I request the seller to give me refund and to give me his address so I can send back then board to him.
Request the mods to inv @Soyab0007 to this thread[DOUBLEPOST=1390624398][/DOUBLEPOST]as the member soyab0007 is not responding, i request the mods to lock his sale threads

I had sold MSI board for 500rs shipped which includes 200rs shipping charges.. what else you want for 300 bucks..

You are already aware of the board working condition which doesn't boot only fan spins...

Now what on the earth will you do with that rusted part, when all the slots are working perfectly..
Your main concern be that it should boot..

Would have refund back 500rs to you, if it wasn't your crappy response & unethical behavior to me..

Yes i am aware the board not working - only fan spins,. we are not discussing that here at all my dear cheater bhai. we are discussing the fact that you suppressed the facts of the board. we are not talking if board in warranty or not.
1) rusted parts
2) it was serviced
3) You claimed you bought board in 2010, then some time later you say 2013, then yous said you dint know what previous owner did. You did not say your the 2nd owner - have you?

You never offered me refund. all you told me was to give it away or put it for sale, Thats not crappy response from your side

. i leave it to the mods to do as they deem fit and fine.

its not 300/- or 30000/-

ANyway, its 500/- to be exact, please send me your address, i ll send u my bank details. I will ship the board to you after i get refund of 500/- from you.
 
No more discussion means you dont want to discuss the truth here. You knew the board was rusted and you are hiding behind technicality.
 
The Board is quite rusty. Seller is at fault for not declaring it, It's not just a single component but typically a lot more.

We cannot ban people like that. You can always ask for a refund or compensation. I have seen such cases on TE more than two times now.

asking to donate and so on will make the matter worst and things that could be easily settle will get to never ending argument

soyab@ its clear that the pics you have posted were not adequate and doesnt give actual picture (you didnt mentioned about rusting as well) so i think you should pay him 500rs and settle the matter

I will not remove the negative feedaback. You deserve that for not coming clean on the mobo.

I have removed the "words".
I see you havent done the same yet. I have kept my end of the bargain. Again. Whereas the seller is just ,,oh well the,less said the better
