This ha been discussed between all members as we as the staff and we have come to the following conclusion:
  • It is allowed to sell items on TE for profit. This is more of a personal preference for the buyer and seller and cannot be enforced. It will get sold if decently priced and someone wants it for that price.
  • We will not stop members from posting in the sale thread with suggestions on price. It should however be done with supporting proof. This guideline has been in place since a long time.
  • It is not allowed to sell replica phones.
  • It is also not allowed to sell phones without proper IMEI information. Any member reported doing so with proper proof will be banned.

I suppose it should not be an issue if it is explicitly mentioned however the last line on IMEI would overrule that as I doubt they come with proper IMEI.

Chinese or clone phones dont have IMEI or if they do they are fake. They shouldnt be sold here.
