You can still apply and pimp up the general talk section to be a sports cafe. We always expand into new sections if there is significant chatter on a topic.

In that case, we should have a sports sub section, and with the WC about to begin, how about some games/fantasy league/etc with the credits?

I was thinking of having a sports betting system based on credits but the interest did not seem to be there. We can have a sports sub section for sure but I dont see enough threads or members crazy about discussing it. If I am wrong I would be more than glad to start one.
 
In for any section though I pretty much only frequent GT nowadays where the only law is 'do what thou wilt'.

AFAIK, most of the guys are sports fanatics. But then, I have not met much of the TE chaps, so thats my opinion. I think you should put it to a poll.

Secondly, how about paying the mods in credits :P

Let me start a poll then.

Well one of the requirement is that mods need to start new topics everyday on an average so that earns points. But yes its a good suggestion. We can look at awarding points.

Can you periodically update the nominations received(just the names, not the content).
 
That would not be ideal as the members may not want that revealed unless selected. Will only reveal the final selections. :)
 
I can bring new products to sell on TE. This is what i can do to increase traffic.
I have great memories selling lots of stuff on TE.
Dont want to be a moderator but really want to do something for TE.

New products as in ? Latest stuff or something not available in India and you can get them ?
