As you might have guessed from the TE Collectibles - Black Coffee Mugs thread we are reviving the MOTM.
So what is the broad criteria? The members will be shortlisted from the Top Users for the month and we will also look at the past performance. The post count, like count, threads started and the quality of posts will be looked at while deciding the MOTM.
We wanted to do it retrospectively but no matter how far back we go we would always miss out on some great contributors. Other members most likely to win the MOTM in the coming months are Avi, Ayanavish, blr_p and blkrbot among others.

So without further ado lets introduce you to the first of many MOTM winners - @raksrules
We thought it would be even better if we get to know our MOTM more closely. So here is what raksrules has to tell us about himself.
Tell us about yourself:
My name is Rakshit and am 30 Years old and from Mumbai but work in Pune. I frequently travel to Mumbai on certain weekends. My job has taken me out of India to countries like Canada, China and USA and experience the world outside to a certain extent. Basically I am an IT Guy, this sums it up I guess.
What is your educational experience and what is your full time job:
I hold a degree in Information Technology and work in an IT company full time.
How did you become interested in online communities and get hooked onto TE:
I was introduced to TE by a fellow colleague in 2007 when I was planning to get a good set of earphones. He suggested me certain member was group selling on TE for like 600 Rs, the creative EP630. That made me register on TE. So yes i came here to buy those earphones and since then I am here.
What do you do for fun and relaxation:
Watch random stuff on TV, especially channels like Discovery, Nat Geo and History TV. Apart from this English TV Series and some selected American Reality shows.
What are your favorite Books, Movies, TV shows, Music, Games, Foods, Beverages.
Don't read books. TV shows are primary method of entertainment apart from normal TV. No favorite as such, have watched lots of shows and have enjoyed all of them.
What gadgets and electronic items do you own right now:
iPhone 4S
iPad 2
Nexus 7
Sony Vaio Laptop
These are the ones I personally use on frequent basis and don't include the ones used by my Family members.
Anything else you would like to add:
Nothing specific as such.
How do we find you online besides TE:
I used to have a facebook account but I have deleted it. I don't really create any more profiles on social websites and those I have are junk ones for where you have stuff like FB login and such.
Apart from TE, I am registered on other competing forums but I am most active on TE and more of a lurker there.
