Windows Dotnetframeworks required-- All offline installers.

I'm frustrated and fed up with every new software asking for dot.net framework shit.

Microsoft is dumb as to not providing their very own basic tool within windows builds. Shame!!!

I need a one stop go site from where we can download all Dotnetframeworks offline for both 64 and 32 bit OS since WinXP to latest 2012.

Funniest thing I see is we need to download 400+ MB of DOT net framework from Microsoft's site to run a 20MB or so exe. Some will say it's a one time thing but forget the DOT net updates that will come out in 2-3 weeks that are around the same size. :S
