The Speaker is excellent for the size, the clip makes it so convenient to carry, I usually strap it on my camera backpack so I can listen to songs while hiking. The battery backup is impressive, I am not sure what's the exact figure, you can pretty much find articles online.
The condition as you can see from the photos is good, the front grill is spotless, while the rear rubber surface has usage marks, which are there for every rubber surfaces, its natural, the rubber surface makes it hard to slip through rocks or any surface, making it great around pools.
