As a tech community member. we all know
98/XP are closed years ago, but if someone opens an age old topic.

Kindly give them a warning message, before they open last 1,2,3,5,10 year topics/questions (depeneds on this site).

Unnecessary replies going on..

Accent seems too pathetic from people doing same.. (kiddish or garbage)

We discourage people bumping up old topics, but it depends.
