i confimed it myself..the day the phone arrived..sound was crackling..gone are the days when one needed to take an item to a repair shop to find the issue..googled it & found that to confirm my doubt it was pretty easy to pop open the bottom speaker grill & bingo there the speaker was exposed..it was half blown/torn..also this is a very popular problem with the lgv20 which MANY users experienced at later stage.

I'm sure you could have contacted the seller before opening the phone by yourself. Was there any reason why you hadn't done so?

Banning doesn't solve anything. There seems to be no reason to ban the seller in this case anyways. Is there any other solution you and the seller could mutually arrive at?

I was with you till this post. Why would you open the phone without contacting seller at all? Now whats the guarantee you didn't swap out the motherboard or battery with another lemon? what were you thinking dude? Things do get messed up during shipping. Why would you open it without informing seller?

What's the guranttee u did not removed the working speaker and swapped it with a non working one ?

Yup i admit melord..i did swap out the mainboard with a lemon..i admit guilty.. respected admin/mod can suspend/terminate my account..i am outta here..may my curse be on the seller & all his lawyers..no more replies will come from my side

Advocate, Yes (I have dealt with buyers like you in the past where they come up with idea to make some quick money out of the sellers pocket) You were the one to bring this shit of yours that u got cheated whereas you did not even bothered to call the seller or even messaging him, Just go and read his reply what he said he is I would say WAS ready to refund you and take the phone back, But after reading your post that u opened the phone to check it no one will take responsibility for it.

As for MY THREAD it's a public forum and u don't own it anyone and everyone is free to post their views on it and they don't need your permission.

Edit- Which 2 screws your are talking there are in total 21 just to remove the back plate which holds the battery.

Nice try. but try that crap somewhere else. Considering that you admitted to opening the phone, there is nothing further to discuss. Its end of story there itself.

What were you expecting? That you can force the seller to refund you by complaining here after screwing up the phone yourself?

And just to be clear, the situation would be no different if you had taken it to a service center to check. In order to discuss a refund, you are expected to be able to return the phone in the same state as you received it. Once you decide to pry it open either yourself or via a service center without discussing with the seller, you lost that opportunity.
