I think every plan is shared plan according to TRAI if you are not on leased line.
I had a long argument with sikka one day regarding the same when they reduced the Upload speed to 1/4.............

I just got a call from thn ACT ... they are going to get the feasibility checked soon :D

I am using Tachyon and these are the plans they offer, https://vgy.me/tDvqMb.png

25mbps unlimited at just 825rs is amazing, though i tried there 50mbps plan for a month but speed is not upto the mark (40~45mbps download and 30~45mbps upload) where as 25mbps plan gives constant 22~25 speed.

Its good for most of the people who mainly surf Indian sites but for outside India, speed goes down.
Act will have to do better to make me change ISP

I am also using sikka and get decent speed in India and it reduces quite a bit abroad.
Hopefully ACT does not have this issue.

yes because you are on Unshared plan.......
On unlimited plan , they have reduced the upload speed to 1/4.....
