Friends, I bought a macbook pro a few days ago and it is having a restart problem, but when it is being used to remove the battery and charge it, then it is running properly.
Please give me some suggestion how can i fix this problem

Sir, when my laptop has a battery and then I start installing the OS in my macbook, the Apple logo does not load completely and turns off again but when I remove the battery from my macbook, my macbook can easily os is installed .... I changed the hard disk also changed the ram and also changed the battery and saw it but still the macbook is not running pls help me

How are you removing the battery from MBP? You bought it few days back. Apple is not selling MBPs with non removable battery for well more than 10 years!! How did you even change the HDD? Did you buy a 11 year old laptop?? Are you struggling with a hackintosh?
If you bought a decade old MBP, can you hear the chime it makes after HW check?

Did you mean starting up the OS ( not installing it)?
Give it a read, I know your issue is different from what's described here, but read it nevertheless.
Since the MBP is very old, the battery is possibly faulty or has physical deformities. If you can hear the chime during boot up, the RAM modules, logic board etc are possibly fine. The HDD is possibly ok as it can boot up with the power adapter.
Try to source a battery specific to your model. 2012 MBPs also came with with non removable batteries.

Are you using an original charger? Fake ones damages bunch of things in mbp including battery. Best would be to show it to some tech experienced in fixing macbooks. I can give recommendations for Delhi.

I've used third party ( the cheapest available on eBay) for years with both MBP and MBA for years. Some are actually lot better than what Apple sells. Magsafe ( gen.1) adapters are not available from Apple anymore.
I'm bit confused with OP's question. How could he change the battery so easily ( all macbooks after 2009 came with non removable batteries) though I never had the 2012 model, battery replacement of 2010's C2D model was very difficult. And it got worse progressively with every model thereafter.

I have a bunch of 2011 mbp (A1278) still in use at office. These fake chargers would always end up eating the charging port. Damaging sata cable or battery in same cases. I think someone on my team purchased a new charger october last year from apple store.

It got difficult after 2012. In 2011 mbp you can remove the battery very easily.
