Guys has anyone tried Naukri paid service ever?
I'm in a desperate lookout for job change but only getting calls for existing profile which I'm done with.
I want to move up the ladder but even after specifying the same in my profile and naukri options, there are no calls for that desired profile..

Hence looking out to try paid services so wanna know if anybody ever tried them, how worthy it is and hows the overall exp.

Also, if you tried any other paid services which are truly worthy then also do let me know..

I have never personally used them but I have friends who have hired naukri services for resume writing and job search. Short answer is they did not get the desired results.

I have used it and pretty useless. It did not improve by one bit besides losing money. The best way to get through is your personal network. My last 2 job switches worked that way.

The only way is your personal network. All these paid services are useless. Why don't you post what you are looking for here (if comfortable). Many of us are working professionals.
Ok so here it is.. I'm looking for at least a TL position after having 12yrs of exp. into wintel support.
Location is Pune and really cannot relocate due to family/personal reasons but if it wfh forever or long term then location is not an issue.
I cannot furbish more publicly but for helping hands can share my cv or discuss via pm or whatsapp...

My organization has openings on Wintel. The position is for Mumbai, however, they might be flexible with work location and give you Pune (they have a bigger office).

I have heard its safe to abscond no matter which co. as every co. will release your reliving/exp. letter once contacted 6-8 months down and also they will pay your balance and fnf. You just have to mail the hr.
Don't know how much viable is this but they say its works. Few of my friends friends have done it and its all legal.
The only disadvantage is that you get blacklisted in the co. forever so you can never ever apply there.
Maybe some HR here can clarify more on this..

The only thing which will matter is the hiring co. should be ok with your decision as the only document missing will be your existing cos exp. letter which anyways you will show in coming months.

Company can deduct the pay during notice period from fnf if employee did not serve notice period but they cannot force someone to serve notice period

I have experienced myself hr forces you to serve.
Also, your manager should agree to release you from the project soon if you want to change projects or leave in short time which totally depends on him!
And no matter how much you please the manager or your relationship with him/her, she will only care about client billing thing on which his/her appraisal and crap depends upon.

I can only opt for this way only if I come across such cases in my vicinity.
I dont care going back to earlier cos. not interested at all! Why go back to the same trash?

But i have only watched and read bad things about linkedin premium for jobseekers.

Like I said, you have to use it in a professional way when you are networking / job seeking.
you dont directly job seek unless someone posts they are hiring.
When you write to someone to connect, you need context and its something that they benefit too from the association.
The strategy is 2 fold,
1. for the sole purpose of networking
2. for possible future employment

If you are in urgent need of a job, join linkedin groups cause lot of people share listing there
follow people in your domain, especially HR people cause when they post something, you will know.
linkedin algorithm is weird so I suggest visiting couple of times a day as you will see different posts everytime

takes time and effort and strategy to get it right, being honest.

Naukri.com is a good source but I have not tried the paid version of the app and I doubt it would do any better than the original version. Instead, you can go for a paid LinkedIn account which appears a much better option. People do contact you on the free version of both the apps but only when you have the required skills for the job. So the first and the most important thing to do is update your skills in your resume. I have seen a lot of people having a lot of knowledge, but they do not update these on their CV and neither the platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
So to make a better impressed, do write all that you can do and update your CV according to it. Paid version of any of these apps is not a guarantee to get you a good job and you can get a good job even when you have the unpaid accounts. However, before you get a job, it is really important to show that you are actually eligible for the call. And if you do not show what you can do in your CV, how do you think the world would know your skills?

While scavenging for jobs I stumbled upon few cos. having notice period of 6-8 months.
What crap is this? So if one needs to look for a job next yr, he has to resign this yr... Utter shit corporate slavery!

Also I think LinkedIn premium only gives 2 direct messages to hr during a day That's only good perk I see You can contact hr directly and ask for an opening.
Naukri paid is useless as stated by others Doesn't give much benefit and also almost like free version.
