Had created 4 sale threads yesterday, all of them are missing. Mods Please let me know the reason.
also 3 of them are already sold to a member.
(Coudnt find a proper place for this query, hence posted here..)

Yeah a member had pointed out that rule at some point last night in the 1060 thread

To Whomever It May Concern,

Instead of creating a new topic posting it here. Just noticed that my gtx 970 sale thread was deleted citing AUCTION. Not sure who is in charge of this but first learn what auction means and then reinstate my thread as it is.

What do you want to call this? Let me know, and I will re-delete your thread citing your preferred terminology. ;)
That is standard selling procedure. A seller is free to sell to whomsoever he wishes. I can revise my price anytime I want and most obviously I'll choose the buyer offering me better price. My sale thread has a fixed price, which I wanted to revise but OP was not editable. I was being transparent with my words that probably was my mistake.

Let me know how you want to play this.

Yes

Yes BUT only if your listed price is higher than the rate which you are being offered. You can't sell it for higher than what you listed. That would be counted as "auction."

Always give your maximum number when listing something for a sale.
And look at the bright side, at least you've learned something. Also you can just create a new FS thread with the maximum price you wanted to sell it for. You may even be able to use your old photos. Just need new info in the thread. I don't think that's difficult to do.

@iPwnz Thanks for being honest. But I don't think selling higher then my listed price should count as auction, as I'm not setting any timeframe for one buyer to wait for a better offer from another. Just to be clear, my asking price was 7777, I received around 10 DMs and 8 of them offered me higher to much higher than my asking price. Yes, it's unethical, but seriously to hell with my ethics in a world in which 1660 is being sold for 30k. Being honest and transparent always meant dealing with these type of situations. Lesson learned indeed.

I'll just repost it. It's better and more time saving than arguing with moderators anyway.

PS: Forgot to mention one important thing, the OP becomes inactive after a while. I tried to just change the price but couldn't do so. All these could have been avoided if it were editable.

Why are so many of my messages not getting approved by the mods? just asking if I'm doing something wrong

Haha I feel the pain. Though I wasn't spamming, posts that don't really contribute don't get approved I guess. Even harmless ones.

Edit: I should say it wasn't a pain, but an annoyance to not be able to post instantly - in a fast moving thread, by the time the post is approved, it's 2 pages behind.

But of late, posts are getting deleted for some reason.

To be brutally honest I ain't spamming anything, I'm just contributing my thoughts and advice, but no worries, I'll wait it out.

one liners back to back on different threads within a small period of time can be considered spamming. Its all about what you are contributing on the threads.

OK sure, my fault, I will now and try to minimize spam. Just one more thing in "what should I sell this for" I sincerely wanted to know what price I should sell an item for, that message was deleted, was it just deleted bcos it was a one-liner, or was it something else.
