Hi, I'm looking to buy a dashcam as a present for my dad soon, and I'm utterly confused by all the options available haha. I'd highly appreciate if you could post a small review/impressions of the one you bought, and why you chose it over other models. Thank you!

1- Fit in budget and i was already using 70mai pro which i mounted at rear window.
2- 4K camera plus 5GHz wifi support so you can download the recording faster and also delete it faster. However formatting memory card is the fastest way.
3- The camera support 24x7 recording with 70 Mai hardware kit but still mine is not working even the connection is properly connected. Please note surveillance mode only work if you are using a
hardware kit otherwise with cigarette lighter port only works when the vehicle is power On. But in 70 Mai pro surveillance work with a hardware kit but the battery doesn't last long.
4- GPS coordinates with recording.
5- Please note if you purchasing A800s with a rear camera the hardware kit only work for the front camera.
Buy fuse tap if you buying any dash am or any device which uses a fuse power source. But check which fuse type is suitable for your vehicle. Also, buy non-battery voltage checker or if you are familiar with the voltage meter then use it. Please use an electrostatic sticker which is very important otherwise the double side tape will stick very easily in the windshield but when you have to remove then believe me you will regret it.
It was separate, generally if you buy an expensive dashcam then it will come with a box. Whenever you have purchased, then purchase extra.

You have no idea how jealous I am of you having a CM Stacker! Back in the day I didn't have the dough to buy one (damn college days!) Kudos to you for still using the case and keeping it in good condition.
Btw, what happened to your desktop speakers and Tube Amp?
