How old are these posts? There's a time limit, but not sure how long it is.
Can this limitation be partially removed please? . I understand there must be reasons to prevent malpractices. But can the Title and Price stay editable? Lock other fields, so no-one can add other items or modify pics later. If title says Item X and no supporting pics, the thread can/must be reported as it could be a sign of malpractice.

Being able to edit the price is the most important as people may assume the price set in the original post is the current price, they miss the price drops that happened in between the comments and bumps or just dont think of seeing the last comment.

Being able to edit the title helps letting people know what items are left (in case of a multi item sale)

Are you sure, I often see people editing threads, example : https://techenclave.com/threads/sold.200984/
Sure about what, mate? Being able to edit? Or not doing it right? If it's the former, yes it is editable, but only for a while. In the link you mentioned, its a fairly new post.

Frankly, while it may not be ideal, renaming to 'sold' isn't too bad. Saves people's time in looking for something that's no longer available.

This setting has not changed in years and was 6 days time limit to edit thread title and post. Have increased that to 10 days. Registered users cannot edit posts and Disciples can only edit it for 1 day.

Will see if price can be made editable for a longer period.

I'm not sure if anything can be done to fix this,
But it's pretty annoying to open a classified thread and see the sale price edited out by the seller.

It feels pretty shady when people hide transaction details like this.

Why does the forum stop firing notifications for some threads if you don't visit them for a while? Even if I don't check a thread for some time I still want to get notifications for it. Can this be changed in some configuration somewhere?

I am also interested if there's any setting. It auto stops notifying if we don't often visit the threads.

This has been happening for a while now.
And when it happens I'm unable to access my inbox/alerts.
