Since TP-link does not support Wireless bridging, you have few options:-

1.Get a powerline adapter.(Expensive).
2.Get a USB WiFi adapter.(Cheapest and best).
3.Run a LAN wire( will cost same as getting a cheap WiFi adapter).
4.Get a Router with Wireless Bridging option(Like TENDA)
5.Get a WiFi range extender with LAN output.(Expensive unless you can find a new
6.Get a new Mesh System.(expensive).

and so on....

Did you mean the particular model quoted by the OP?
Yes and most of the TP-link routers don't support Wireless bridging.

You can try the WDS Bridging on your TP-Link Router. It might work.

Usually WDS bridging only works between 2 IDENTICAL routers.
WDS may be incompatible between different products (even occasionally from the same vendor) since the IEEE 802.11-1999 standard does not define how to construct any such implementations or how stations interact to arrange for exchanging frames of this format.

but you can try and might get lucky.
Ususally Routers Supporting WIRELESS REPEATER mode supports universal wireless bridging.

Flash your tp-link router with Open-wrt.
Then follow this guide:

After this you'll be able to connect your pc via Lan cable to your router.
Your tp-link router will be connected to jio router wirelessly for internet.

I found the option for wireless bridging on the router.
I am working on how to set up from there.
configure wireless setting on your tplink with Jio SSID and add google public DNS in the setting. Do not change any other setting. I am able to connect my tplink router (different model). Save the setting and reboot router and check if you are able to access internet. ( if not add google or any open dns address manually in tcp/ip setting of network card)

Guys,
thanks for all the help.

Been busy and not well but tried a little and even used Tp-link Mr3020 which has repeater/bridge option .
Manage to connect the router with Jio Router but my PC still does not get connection.
I did try with dhcp disabling but tbh its little technical for me. Not exactly computer savvy in this case.
Gave up after trying for an hour or so ...will try again and update.

However, can someone guide me further from having to got my router connected to jio router but one thing i noticed even though router page so connection the internet light was off on the Mr3020 .

try changing the encryption type to open or WEP on both routers.
Check if it works without encryption.

I connected a mercusys mw305r which doesn't have a repeater mode with jio router using wds over wifi.....just had to disable the dhcp after connecting via wds....check that setting in your routers wifi
