Can gst credit be availed for regular flipkart or amazon orders?

Does anybody know if gst credit can be availed for regular flipkart or amazaon orders? Long back when i checked, it used to be available only via amazon business for limited listings, that too unreliable as per reviews.

Yes, for both
Just opt for a GST bill in Flipkart and use a b2b account for Amazon

My friend is a seller on amazon (nothing too exciting he sells chudidars). And he does get an option to buy almost anything with gst returns applicable. Iphones as well, but only last gen. Only condition is the product should be billed in the name and address of his store.
