Online Game Deals - Steam, Amazon, Origin, GOG, Humble Bundles

Oh... Got confused with Epic Version... It was Free but Standard.
Anyway.. GOG is good... and the price is really good.
But it's STEAM Version... Some people prefer Steam.. So.. I posted it.. It's the Best Price for Steam Version.:)

The game key was basically given out as promo by Amazon prime gaming..
So a lot of people resold such keys through CDKeys and a lot of other venues at lowest possible prices.
Don't go praising CDKeys for that. They are a shady site where people sell illegitimate stuff like that.

Free

You can find such keys even on g2a and some russian sites and it's not illegitimate.
I won't say categorically that it's all illegitimate, but i would say it's mostly so.

Search around for dev complaints, both indie and established, about g2a and analyses of their practices, there are plenty.

Thought this would already be here. I had also purchased the BLM bundle on Itch in 2020 and have not tried anything to date, but like that one, it includes some great indie games. But then that is besides the point of purchasing this bundle.

Also, for those into sim racing.

The bottomline is that developers don't get any money from the keys being sold on G2A and CDKeys. From a Dev perspective, this is piracy with headaches. A lot of developers in the past have openly declared that pirating their games is better than buying the keys from G2A and CDKeys as those keys cause a lot more headache in terms of verification/blocking/refunds.

As far as I know G2A is illegitimate AF. But CDKeys isn't the same as them.
G2A allows anyone to sell their keys and have been caught selling stolen keys.
While CDKeys doesn't allow users to sell keys on their site. They purchase legit keys from cheaper regions (AKA Argentina and Turkey) - which certainly lands them in a grey area.
But at least developers are compensated fairly.

CDKeys have been selling several good games keys for a dollar or less which they got from Amazon prime gaming. I noticed this today regarding madden 2022 which is given free in Amazon.
Other than these prices all other keys are priced like in steam, Humble Bundle, etc stores.
