Hey everybody

Well I did not know where is the appropriate section where I can put up this post, so I put it here. Admin please move the post to appropriate section if this is not the right place.

So I struck a deal with EminemAssamese (member here) for a SSD. We met here on TE n the conversation carried over on Whatsapp n a deal got finalised between us on 7th March 2022. So as per the deal, he paid up most of the money upfront on 8th March 2022 except Rs 800 less as he said he didnt have enough money and will pay the balance up by April 1st week n also promised me to block another SSD for him for which he will pay along with the due balance and pick it up. We mutually agreed on this and with good faith n trust I shipped him the product (1 SSD not the blocked 1). He acknowledged the receipt of the product on 12th March 2022 and confirmed to be working as it should. Time went by and I got no balance payment from him. He messaged me on Whatsapp on 15th of April saying the payment will be clear by next week anyhow. On 19th April I reminded him n he reassured I will get the payment within the specified time. Since then I have messaged him several times on different days asking for the amount n he has been continuosly pushing the date further n further until now. Since 24th May 2022, he has completely stopped responding to me on whatsapp and ignoring my messages.

Also 1 more thing, he is the same user as Kratos from Erodov Forum as I had has number already on my phone saved since Erodov time. I dont know if he has an account here as well with a different name as this might be his secondary account.

I have everything on Whatsapp chat and can upload all the required proof of what I am saying here.

@EminemAssamese If your seeing this post I informed you before doing this n its high time you clear the due payment it has been over 2 months now. Its not that you dont have Rs 800 to pay or maybe you just dont have an intention to pay.


@Admins I dont know if you guys can do something here but just see if anything can be done.

1) Kratos was his ID here too, seems to be renamed or deleted.

2) Never take part payment unless you are new and the member you selling to is senior and has a lot of feedbacks.

If he does not respond, you should share his details with the admins who will then add him to to the list of fraudulent members:

List of fraudulent members - Please check before dealing!

Well he is ignoring all my messages on WhatsApp since 2 days..

same id here and somewhere else does not necessary mean its the same person.
@EminemAssamese has joined this year only so a newer member.
We can give him some time to pay the amount. His last visit is 13th May. Sadly not much we can do except banning him.
@Ankit Manchanda contact one of the mods or me in a week time.

he purchased some apple cables from me(worth ~1200) about 2 months ago, he did delay the payment by a day or two and I had to reschedule the pickup, other than that not much sus.

I've checked with Ankit, the guy's number is the same as a 'Kratos' that messaged me here on TE, last year.

I sold one item to @EminemAssamese which was of value <500. The payment was sent by their brother to my UPI ID. Everything was smooth. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly.

@puns I remember that @EminemAssamese was a patron when I transacted with them. I think you'll already have that payment related information

That's allowed. There is at least one person on this forum who is on first page of list of banned members. He is very much active on the forum specially on giveaway threads,

I sent PMs to 3 moderators in Sep'2020 with proofs but nothing happened. He is trading/dealing freely. He was active even today.
