40 series was supposed to release in August starting with 4090 and allegedly has been pushed to September now and 4080 One month after that.....and that wud be only release....it would come sale more than month after that....so don't expect any drastic price cut anytime soon....you may find sometimes deal in that range here and there but not easily or they would be very early bought cards.

First of all, I have no problems waiting.

Second, 55k from 62k MSRP isn't a drastic fall at all.

If u can wait good.
And you should know the meaning of msrp first....62k doesn't mean that all AIB will sell at that price....only nvidia with there FE cards follows that price and even that has mrp on high side on box.
Aib are free to choose there pricing. So don't expect any 3080 at 55k, 65k you may get but not easy.....even 3080fe people are not selling at that price.

It's already falling...have started seeing ads for 3070 @38k, 3080 around 58k...if the blood bath of markets keep continuing we should see a lot more when we get closer to new launches.
