Hi,

I am offering custom vinyl decals on the marketplace forum.
I plan to make a V2 more streamline thread & ask to close the original V1 thread, since I cannot have the first post of V1 edited.

My query,
-Is it fine to do so?
-If yes Can the user who has purchased vinyl from me in V1 thread, leave a feedback on V2 thread after he leaves a comment in V2?

@puns I have left feedback for a buyer in my V1 thread
Is it fine if I ask the mods to close the V1 thread so I can open V2, will the buyer be able to leave feedback on the closed V1 thread?
OR
Do I have to wait till my buyer leaves the feedback on V1, then I ask to have it closed so I can move to V2?

If the buyer has replied in the first thread, then he may leave feedback, otherwise not. Wait until he leaves the feedback, and then migrate to a new thread.

Edit : Now whats more funny is my threads are being merged + moved but there's absolutely no response on the original query, possibly my thread was magically moved without any human intervention or just because?

I'd like to understand, why is my vinyl for sale thread not being re-opened even after reporting it to be re-opened, there is no reason mentioned when thread was closed, there is no reason being given why the thread won't be reopened.
Why is the thread I posted in this section asking to re-open the vinyl sales thread removed, without reason?
Posts are being ignored, for reasons best known to mod(s)

I have received interest for the stuff which I was selling (Vinyl stickers), the thread is locked (no reason given, have reported it twice but seems the reports don't go through for some reason, possibly too much traffic jam?).
Have tried asking nicely what is the issue in this section & why is vinyl sale thread closed (0 complaints, everyone who purchased it is happy), but seems the thread I posted in this section got evaporated within a few minutes after being posted, possibly due to excessive heat or someone wanted to make sure I don't get heard, again no reason given.
Penalties are handed out in every field sports/office/games etc., thats understandable & essential to instill discipline, but there has to be a logical & valid reason & it has to be communicated to the person receiving the penalty or is it that they are handed out just because they can be handed out?, even if someone is fired on the spot he or she is given a valid reason, unless ofcourse he or she is chosen to take a hit for someone, wonder what kind of impression will the person who was fired will have in mind towards the organization which is firing him/her, pretty sure not a good one?

What is/are the mod(s) trying to portray/prove here by quietly locking the thread and ignoring the request to re-open it without providing a legit reason why is it locked, deleting the thread asking why is the sale thread locked? or is it just because they can?

I read this (on top of the feedback section) before posting the thread, I hope this is the right section to make my voice heard.

Now my question is : I'd like to know if it is okay to proceed with the sale & exchange feedback if the sale is allowed, user has already made a post in my thread before it was locked.

Edit : I have 1 more user who has not posted in the thread but wants to purchase, so I have 2 people to cater to.

I've already made some sales, feedbacks were exchanged, V1 thread was closed & V2 thread was opened, buyers are happy.
If that is the case (Having to sell in Dealers paradise), shouldn't it be communicated in a clear way rather than ignoring when asked multiple times & locking the thread without stating the reason? (Just because?)
And I still don't understand why the previous thread which I opened in this section asking why my V2 thread was closed got vanished within a few minutes, nothing is adding up or too much policing going on?

My thread has been moved + merged by mods, am 100% sure about it as the original post is something else, the second post was made in another thread of this section, the third post was the original post.
But the entire matter is being overlooked, co-incidence or just because?
2 reports to open the thread being ignored, a thread being wiped, now another thread being merged & moved - To say nobody looked into this yet, would be completely wrong, surely human hands have touched each process.
I thought the forum was a fair and unbiased place, perhaps I thought too much.

Its funny to even imagine that the thread was randomly merged, some brains were definitely involved when merging/moving the thread.

The original post I made in another thread, is now appearing in this thread.

No spamming please. Multiple mods have cleaned your posts, dealt with multiple reports, issued warning points, cooldown ban, etc.
It appears you are spamming only because of your market thread, so I suggest finding an alternate platform that will cater to your needs.
