Ethernet Upload speed slow than Wifi Connectivity upload speed on Asus Tuf AX-5400

As the title says, I recently upgraded the internet speed to a 300 Mbps plan and have connected the pc via ethernet and mobile via Wifi.

for PC I get around 300 Mbps download and around 170 Mbps upload.
for mobile I get, around 300 Mbps download and around 300 Mbps upload.

What can be the cause for this slow upload speed on my Ethernet connection? On motherboard, its 2.5G Ether port.

WAN and LAN are 1GBPS wired.

Maybe a limitation of the cable? Try changing to a different ethernet cable

that cable came with the router itself.
