OC & Modding RAM issues

I have this corsair dominator platinum 16gb x 2 unable to pin down the errors, when tested individually it will boot normal at 3200mhz and pas the memtest.
If both rams inserted, it won't boot at 3200mhz, will boot after bios reset (default setting 2133mhz) and 0 error in memtest.
Corsair is asking ro submit the html file after memtest to see errors, but no error in memtest. Pc will lag, lockup freeze, bsod after booting into windows at 2933 or higher settings.
What can I do now?
Note : these are not from a kit, but 2 identical sticks.

Sticks are not identical as you say. Sure they are same model but as @mzsa1994 said manufacturing in different batches means the compatibility with each other isn't tested by manufacturer.
RMA also may or may not help in this case since each stick individually is fine and since it's not a kit they are not guaranteed to work together in XMP profile.

Looking at serial number both the sticks seems to be manufactured in different batches.
Although it should not matter but I guess its causing problem in this case.

I think RMA is the only option.
Corsair is asking memtest reports, if that shows pass then i don't think they will approve rma.

With 2 sticks it won't boot at xmp (3200 mhz), I have to set at 2133mhz, then restart pcthen set to 3200mhz) where ot will boot up fine. Ran memtest with 2 sticks @2233mhz, it passed. ( see pic, 2 passes done, and I closed the test)

Now running @ 3200mhz all.going well.so far.

Try a different processor? I've been seeing YT comments about 3600s and 3600Xs prematurely dying for no apparent reason the last few months.

I have rmaed the proccy (3600) so testing it on that now. Previous proccy I thought was giving issues (pc while gaming used to crash frequently)
So now new proccy 3600 and x570 taichi.
Earlier it was Old 3600 and asus x570 prime pro had lot of issues there. Let's see how the new setup goes

well I think memory controller on your old 3600 was dying.
possible, I was having issues with the 32gb G.Skill Trident Ram ( 3000 mhz CL14 ) ram too. it was almost at end of warranty period.
never knew mem controllers on cpu can die. was never oced or anything. was bought from @wooka

But still dont understand why it didnt boot straight away when bios settings was on XMP. As @rk17 told i have bumped up the volt a little. (between 1.35 n 1.4v) lets see how it goes.

Well stability varies across CPUs and motherboards. One pair of RAM working on one combo may not work stable or even refuse to boot on other combo of hardware.
XMP is a factory OC which may or may not work. It's not a guarantee.

so as @rsaeon said , could have been issues with processor. Attached bench mark of 2 different rams. Both samsung B - die
now all i need is a good board for my R5 2600 so i put to use the G.Skill rams ...

I have a ryzen 1700 and a B-350 board. Last year I bought 4*8 gigs of Adata RAM which were not in a kit. These gave me a lot of problems. Sometimes, it won't boot, other times it would give bsod, or freeze. It happened almost like 8 out of 10 times. Running 2 sticks didn't give errors.
Got same RAM from olx after 2 months. 2 were in a kit and 2 were separate. So basically they were again not in a kit. But these sticks are running fine on same PC. Only had 2 bsods in like 9-10 months.

I used to think that maybe it's because of ryzen 1700 or my mobi as they were from 1st gen and had compatibility issue but looking at your post, it seems like it is just silicone lottery thing.
